Return Policy
We will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that all returns must include the original receipt.

Please note that all returns must include the original receipt. If you do not have the original receipt, our employees may be able to locate the original receipt if you purchased the item with a credit or debit card and if you present this card at time of return.
To return an item by mail:
You can mail your return to us.
1. Pack the items along with a copy of your receipt securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. Affix a shipping label with your return address to the outside of the box.

To return a purchase or to the Ukrainian Gift Shop, Inc. store:
You can return an item to a store in just a few steps:
Bring the following with you to our store:
1. Your new and unused item and all product packaging and accessories.
2. Your receipt or credit card information.
3. A form of personal identification.
If you are returning your item with a receipt, you will receive a store credit for the original purchase price of that item.
The store credit can be used in our store.
• Music, movies, books and collectibles purchased must be returned unopened.
• Other restrictions may apply.
All purchases made online or at the Ukrainian Gift Shop, Inc. retail store must be returned by mail or in person to our store address located at: 2782 Fairview Avenue North. Roseville, MN 55113.
If you purchase our books or DVD’s through Amazon.com or a different website than ours, you must return your merchandise to that vendor.
Pricing Information
All prices on our Web site are listed in U.S. dollars.
Volume Discounts
We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of individual items.
Mispriced Items
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Currency Conversion
If you live outside the U.S. and would like to ship an order to a U.S. address, you can pay with any of the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover.
When you order from Ukrainian Gift Shop, Inc. your credit card is charged in U.S. dollars. If you live outside the U.S., your bank will convert this charge into your local currency. The amount will probably appear on your credit card statement in your local currency. We don't have a currency converter on our Web site, but there are several sites that can do this for you--just search for "currency converter" on any World Wide Web search engine.

Orders outside of the U.S. are shipped by U.S. Mail.
