AUTHORIZED FACTORY SERVICE !
Unlike a lot of our competitors we are an authorized dealer. This is important if you ever have a problem with your pro audio purchase. Simply call our toll-free service line and we will direct you to the nearest authorized service center or replace your defective equipment within 7 days of service.
CD & VINYL RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange any CD or Vinyl merchandise, the original CD or Vinyl must be returned unopened.
PRO AUDIO RETURN POLICY
Should your package arrive with obvious signs of damage, do not accept the delivery. If the delivery is accepted and the equipment is defective or shows signs of damage, do not discard any of the packing materials. Call The DJ Wholesale Club's Toll-Free service line for instructions on returning the merchandise. Customers may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if any packaging materials are not enclosed. If within 7 days after your shipment is received there are any problems, please contact The DJ Wholesale Club about exchanging your merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. No returns will be accepted without an R.A. #.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscriptions may be cancelled by contacting our sales department by phone only. Upon cancellation of any X-Mix series subscription, you will be charged individual issue prices for any of the compact disc or vinyl issues that you have already received. Your remaining amount will be used as a "store credit," and will only be refunded as a credit on any future orders. |
