ORDERING We maintain a large inventory of titles and we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible, normally in 2 to 3 business days. Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you. We are happy to accept purchase orders from educational institutions. We will invoice schools, libraries, and other institutions with terms of net 30 days from date of invoice unless other term arrangements have been made.

PAYMENT We accept VISA, Discover and MasterCard. Your account will be charged at the time that your order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

RETURN POLICY Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed and any book may be returned without prior authorization. We do require your return within two weeks (we bend that a bit for gifts) and in perfect condition so that we may give you a full refund. We suggest UPS or FedEx for returns. If you prefer to use the USPS we strongly advise that you insure your package.
BOOK SEARCHES We have an extensive collection of additional craft titles. E-mail the title of any craft book not in our catalogue and we will get back to you with information about its availability. We do not search for out of print books.

In order to insure that your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition we use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. This service is fully insured and entirely traceable.
Shipping for both of the first two books is a total of $6.50 within the continental U.S. We have no additional handling charges.
Each additional book is $.95
Second day air service within the continental US is $12.00 for both of the first two books, plus $1.50 for each additional book.
Third day air service within the continental US is $8.50 for both of the first two books plus $1.50 for each additional book.
Next day air service within the continental US is $24.00 for both of the first two books plus $1.50 for each additional book.
Packages can be sent via the US Postal Service and are insured at no additional cost.
Standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is via the US Postal Service.
For UPS second day air service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico add $16.00 to the standard UPS ground rates.
Additional charges are not applied to partial back orders. Each additional book is shipped at the $.95 per book rate.
1- Click on the word "products" at the top of the screen and you can scroll up and down through our entire collection. The list is alphabetical by title. If you are looking for a specific title, author, craft, material or process enter a key word (most anything such as pottery, throwing, Smith, will work) in the search box on the left and it will take you where you want to go.
2- You will see a small picture and brief description of the book(s). If you want to know more about a book, or wish to add it to your shopping basket directly, click on the picture and it will fill your screen.
3- To add the book to your shopping basket enter the number of copies you want in the quantity box, and click purchase. This only puts it into your basket, the actual purchase transaction does not take place until you are ready to check out.
5- You can click on view basket at any time and change the quantity, add an additional book by clicking continue shopping , remove an individual title or empty basket . Click the buy now button and you're on the checkout page. Tell us how you want your purchase shipped, fill in the billing address and, if it is different the shipping address, click continue.
6- The credit card information you enter is completely secure and is transmitted over an encrypted line. You may click to the VeriSign Secure Site icon for complete verification.
